Stop running meetings disguised as socials.
Give your team a real game show, in the same room or across three time zones. Live scores, team rivalries, and games your colleagues will actually want to play. Everyone joins from their phone in seconds, with no app and no accounts.

Telepathy
Prompt 3 of 8
Name a pizza topping
Everyone's answer, grouped. The biggest one is the crowd, and it scores the most.
Telepathy, the easiest team opener
A real team social, in real time.
It is your team's quarterly virtual social. You spend fifteen minutes in the Playground building an Unscramble set out of your product names, your team names and last quarter's inside jokes.
When the call starts, you share the QR code on screen. Thirty-eight people scan it in about a minute. Nobody downloaded anything or made an account. They picked a name and they were in.
You split the call into five teams. Each team huddles in a breakout room while its team lead submits the answer, and the scoreboard on the main screen moves after every question. The Debuggers overtake The Boardroom in round three and somebody actually shouts. You finish in forty-five minutes, and people are still talking about it the next day.
This is what Neegma is built for.
Works for every kind of team event.
Virtual team socials
Share your screen on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. Everyone joins from their own phone, and the scoreboard sits in the shared screen. Nothing else to set up.
In-person offsites
Put the host screen on the room's TV or projector and the QR code goes full screen. Each table plays as a team while you run the energy from the front.
Onboarding days
New joiners meet the team through play, not a round of introductions. Two Truths and a Lie shows the person behind the job title in about ten minutes.
All-hands and company events
Break up a long all-hands with a mid-session game. It resets the room, gets people laughing, and the second half of your agenda lands with people who are actually present.
How a team social runs.
This is the host screen your team will see, from the lobby to the final standings.
Split the room into teams
Up to 5 teams, each with a team lead who submits the answer once the team agrees. Pick the setup that fits the room:
Everyone on their own phone. for remote socials and hybrid offsites.
Team play. a table can play around one phone, or on a call everyone answers for the team.
One host, no phones. you run it from the screen and the room answers out loud.

Let the leaderboard start the rivalry
Standings after every game, and an overall leaderboard that adds up the whole session. Read it out between games and watch the departments turn on each other.

See what landed
Afterwards, session analytics show who played, which games ran and how long it lasted, so the next social is easier to plan.

The Playground
Build it around your team.
Before the social, make a question set in minutes and preview each question the way it will play. It is the difference between a generic quiz and one about the people in the room.
Write it. Build trivia around your products, your history and your team names, import it from a spreadsheet, or let Create with AI draft a set you then edit.
Save it. Every set stays in your library. Run it for this cohort and again in six months, or save the whole running order as a template.
Share it. Schedule the social ahead and drop its poster in Slack or the calendar invite. Anyone who scans early sees a countdown.

A few that work every time with colleagues:
- Telepathy
Everyone tries to give the answer most of the team will give. The easiest opener there is, and it shows how much a team already thinks alike.
3 to 20 players
- Taboo
Explain the word without the obvious ones while your team shouts suggestions. The frustration and the laughter are the whole point.
4 to 50 players
- Charades
One person acts it out and their team guesses. Nobody can be senior while miming a washing machine, which is exactly why it works.
4 to 50 players
- Two Truths and a Lie
Everyone writes three things about themselves and the room votes on the lie. Played individually, and made for onboarding cohorts.
3 to 30 players
- Who Said It
One question, honest answers with no names on them, then the team works out who wrote what. Surprisingly good at showing people who their colleagues are.
3 to 20 players
- Unscramble and the word rounds
Unscramble, Missing Letter, Odd One Out and Sub-Words, played as teams. Someone always knows the answer nobody else does.
2 to 200 players
